Biography

Having been playing bagpipes for 10 years, Connor has a great deal of piping experience playing at a variety of events, including being part of the first ever Glasgow Tattoo in January 2017 which was held at the SSE Hydro, being the Lone Piper at the opening ceremony of Cowal Games, piping for Prince Edwards visit to Dunoon in 2012 and when he played at the opening ceremony of an under 5’s health clinic in Malawi back in 2013. As well as playing at pipe band events with his current band Glasgow City Pipe Band and playing as a solo piper he is the founding member of the ceilidh rock band known as ‘Pipe Mhor’ playing at numerous events since 2013. In January of 2016 Connor started studying an HNC Music – Piping course at the National Piping Centre in Glasgow graduating successfully in 2016
